About the Developer

Western Head Green Homes Ltd. is led by Hank and Mary Svec, experienced developers with a passion for sustainable living. After retiring from private mental health practice, they have spent over 40 years building a thriving real estate investment company in Ontario and Nova Scotia.

Their latest venture, Western Head, is a 50-acre development designed to offer affordable coastal living. The goal is to create a vibrant community with deeded ocean access and the freedom to enjoy 1.5-acre lots for gardens, chickens, or even honeybees. Hank and Mary are also founders of Wildflower Bee Farm, a honeybee research initiative in Ontario, reflecting their dedication to nature.

Residing in Bayswater, Nova Scotia, Hank and Mary embrace the East Coast lifestyle and cherish family time with their children and grandchildren.
